My name is Gevena Sharpe but everybody calls me Ms G. I am from the Beautiful Island of Jamaican. I am a V.P.K. teacher at Sunshine S Learning Center of Pines, I has been teaching for over 44 years. I love to eat Pasta and Steamed Fish and Vegetables. My favorite places are Church, Disney Parks, and Shopping Malls. I also love Cooking, Listening to gospel music, Travelling and Reading. To make a difference in the life of children and to provide an important influence that helps students makes the right decisions is one of the main reason why I chose this career. To contribute to my community in a meaningful way.

You can expect me to provide a welcoming space for the children and practice open communication. I am committed to the school, children and my classroom. My goals are to inspire students, make learning fun and to create a classroom conducive to learning.
